Education Above All

Qatar-based non-profit Education Above All is seeking a PR agency that can develop and implement an international communications strategy that will help the foundation meet its goals.

The global foundation provides educational opportunities to improve the lives of marginalized children and women, particularly among communities in the developing world facing poverty and crisis. The Doha-based initiative was launched in 2012 by Qatar princess Sheikha Moza bint Nasser, consort to the former Emir of Qatar, who has led educational and social reforms in Qatar for more than 20 years.

EAA has issued a request for quotation for agencies that can provide strategy and messaging development for a year-long international campaign.

Scope of the work includes content development (speeches, media statements, op-eds, press releases and social media content); media and stakeholder outreach (media relations, event support, social media planning, press event planning and partnership and fundraising support); and monitoring, reporting and evaluation. All content will need to be translated into Arabic (and, on occasion, French).

Terms of the contract calls for two years with annual renewals thereafter.

Proposals are due by Mon., May 18 and should be mailed to:
