The Kentucky Community and Technical College System, which is composed of 16 two-year colleges with 70+ campuses and more than 80K students, wants to enroll a PR firm to enhance its reputation via a strategic communications campaign.
The RFP calls for media relations, crisis management, press releases, event planning, influencer outreach, and reputation management services.
KCTCS wants its partner to develop relationships with local, regional, and national media outlets to disseminate positive news stories about its achievements, programs, and initiatives.
The selected firm will handle community outreach to raise awareness and participation it its events and programs.
It will manage social media activities and forge ties with elected officials, policymakers and governmental agencies to advocate on behalf of KCTCS’ priorities and funding requirements.
Proposals are due April 10. They go to KCTCS’ electronic portal.
