FINN Partners promotes Amy Terpeluk to global purpose and social impact practice lead. Terpeluk, who joined FINN in 2008, has led its corporate social responsibility and social impact group since 2017. She was previously VP, field publicity and promotions at New Line Cinema. Terpeluk also helped launch and serves on the board of the NO MORE Foundation, a global effort galvanizing greater awareness to end domestic and sexual violence. In her new role, she works with more than 100 communication colleagues with expertise in corporate reputation and citizenship, employee engagement, sustainability, diversity, equity and inclusion, and issues management across industries and the agency. “When many companies stumbled launching edgy campaigns that did not align with their customer expectations, it was Amy who guided industry and media to explain how to do this right—to link business goals and strategy to social impact,” said FINN chair global health and purpose Gil Bashe.

Virgo Health, an IPG agency, appoints Jaimee Reggio as managing director of its U.S. operations. Reggio previously held the same position at Golin Health for the past three years. She previously worked at ChandlerGroup, Edelman and Porter Novelli. In her new post across both Virgo Health and Golin Health, Reggio will lead a U.S. team of 150 peer-to-peer, medical affairs and public relations experts, She will oversee Virgo Health’s expanding U.S. client portfolio, continue to build its specialized team and grow the agency’s reputation as a health and medical communications leader. “Having risen in leadership positions within our agency, she has an innate ability not just to guide clients, but to champion our unique culture and cultivate our specialized healthcare communications talent,” said Golin co-president, North America Cori McKeever.

Deerfield Agency, a health marketing and communications firm, hires Bill Veltre as EVP, head of media. Veltre was most recently senior director, omnichannel strategy at Bristol Myers Squibb, and he has also served as product director at AbbVie and group VP, media at Publicis Health Media. At Deerfield, Veltre will direct paid media services, guiding further development of the company's strategic and analytical approach to media and digital strategy. "Recognized as a dedicated media-enthusiast and provocative thought leader, Bill will explore new opportunities in digital marketing and reporting, helping our clients drive meaningful engagement with patients and health care professionals," said Deerfield Agency managing partner Frank Burrell.

Guitar Center, which has more than 30 stores across the U.S., hires Kristin Shane as EVP, chief merchandising and marketing officer. Shane joins the company from PetSmart, where she has served as chief merchandising officer since 2022. She also spent over a decade at Target in positions including VP merchandise manager for the company’s beauty and personal care business. At Guitar Center, Shane will be responsible for product, promotions, visual merchandising, omni-channel experience and activations. “Kristin’s impressive track record of market and sales growth, coupled with her nearly 20 years of retail expertise in the specialty product market, will be instrumental in activating Guitar Center’s new strategic direction and creating a more customer-centric experience,” said Guitar Center CEO Gabe Dalporto.
