The Child Mind Institute, a children’s mental health non-profit, appoints Pamela Redmon as CMO. A former VP at Edelman, Redmon was most recently SVP/chief communications and marketing officer at national anti-hunger nonprofit Share Our Strength. She was previously VP strategic partnerships at Common Threads and senior director of strategy at the Partnership for a Healthier America, the nonprofit supporting Michelle Obama's “Let's Move!” Campaign. At the Child Mind Institute, Redmon will work closely with chief development officer Demetrios Kadenas to grow digital fundraising and small donor programs and develop partnerships with for-profit institutions. “Pamela brings an extensive background supporting the work of nonprofits,” said Child Mind Institute founding president and medical director Harold Koplewicz.

Jackson Spalding promotes Hayley Johns to partner. Johns has been with the firm since 2008 and has worked with several of the agency’s largest clients, including The Coca-Cola Company, Delta Air Lines and Intercontinental Hotel Groups. As a partner, Johns is overseeing Jackson Spalding’s work with AT&T. Collage Group, a consumer research company, names Elizabeth Jackson as its first CMO. Jackson was previously founder and CMO at strategic marketing consulting company The Sedna Group. She has also served as CMO and head of strategy at CEO-founded public companies and VC-backed start-ups, including Summer Infant, Hook Logic, DOTS Technology, and KVH. Jackson began her career in marketing at Procter & Gamble and Campbell Soup Company In her new post, she will focus on accelerating adoption of fluen.ci, an AI-powered software solution that Collage Group launched in the last quarter of 2023, as well as on developing long-term strategic growth plans. “A highly skilled business leader and entrepreneur, Elizabeth brings a passion for research, data, and insights, as well as expertise in brand-building, lead generation, and expansion into new verticals,” said Collage Group CEO and co-founder David Wellisch.

Arkose Labs, which focuses on bot management and account security, brings on Patrick Kehoe as CMO. Kehoe previously served as CMO at global risk management and compliance firm Coalfire as well as Arxan Technologies (now Digital.ai). Earlier in his career, he worked at Booz Allen and GE. At Arkose, Kehoe will oversee the strategic direction of the brand, content marketing, demand generation, product marketing and digital marketing. “His vast experience in the cybersecurity industry and his reputation as a marketer who pushes on thinking differently while leaning into data-led insights will accelerate our growth,” said Arkose Labs founder and CEO Kevin Gosschalk.
